Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, is attending today, the public electronic lottery to select pilgrims from civil society associations for the 1448 AH/2027 Hajj season.
The final lottery results will be announced on the Ministry of Social Solidarity’s official website and the website of the National Foundation for Facilitating Hajj, and will also be posted at social solidarity directorates and departments.
The electronic lottery will select 12,000 pilgrims, representing the quota allocated to civil society associations by the Supreme Committee for Hajj, chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly. More than 66,000 men and women applied for this season through the Unified Hajj Portal.
The lottery ceremony is also expected to include the announcement of the prices of the various Hajj programs offered by the National Foundation for Facilitating Hajj for the 1448 AH/2027 Hajj season.
