9 February 2025
About

Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber commended the unified government complaints system, which is periodically overseen by Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouli. This system has demonstrated significant effectiveness and efficiency in monitoring and addressing citizens' complaints and requests.

It facilitates communication, coordination, and follow-up with relevant ministries, agencies, service directorates, districts, the Cairo governorate headquarters, and other authorities to resolve these issues. This initiative is part of the state's broader efforts to enhance the quality of life for its citizens.

Saber added that the governorate has successfully resolved 98.89% of the complaints submitted by Cairo's citizens through the unified government complaints system, addressing 59,365 complaints. Furthermore, it achieved an impressive resolution rate of 99.70% for complaints received over the past four years, totaling 221,577 complaints.

Moreover, Saber stated that the governorate strives to enhance the e-services offered to citizens, particularly in terms of receiving and addressing complaints after thorough examination and resolution. It is part of a national project adopted by the state to establish citizen service centers dedicated to improving e-services and delivering them to citizens with the highest quality and precision through utilizing the latest technologies to boost work performance. It also aims to facilitate citizens' access to services. Furthermore, it aligns with the state's strategy to combat corruption by separating customers from the service provider, leading to citizen satisfaction.
