Egypt’s Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli said that South Korea is one of Egypt’s most distinguished partners in Asia.
Cairo and Seoul are a unique example of fruitful partnership that is embodied in many leading projects in Egypt in line with its sustainable development goals, Madbouli said during a meeting with chairman of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Chang Won Sam.
The premier said he greatly appreciates KOICA choosing Egypt as one of its five top-priority partners in its official development assistance (ODA) program. This reflects the importance of bilateral cooperation and joint commitment to sustainable development, he noted.
Madbouli was pleased with the inking of exchanged letters between the Higher Education Ministry and South Korea – the second phase of a broader project to connect education with the labor market in Egypt.
