Cairo Gov. conducts inspection tour of north Cairo
Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber made a tour of inspection of north Cairo, including Rod El-Farag, Shubra, Hadayak El-Kobba, and El-Zaweya El-Hamra districts.
During his tour, Saber urged district chiefs to prevent illegal parking, remove iron chains and concrete parking barriers disrupting traffic flow, improve the quality of paving and sidewalks, repair potholes, plant trees, and check stalls licenses and commitments to their designated spaces.
Saber also inspected the exemplary citizen service technology center at the North Districts Complex, including the districts of Shubra, Sahel, and Rod El-Farag, to follow up on the quality of services provided to citizens.
Moreover, Saber ordered good reception to citizens, swift response to their complaints, and follow-up on procedures to resolve citizens’ problems following the law.
Saber also directed district chiefs to conduct daily inspection tours of citizen service technology centers to facilitate procedures for construction violation reconciliation requests.
Saber met several citizens during his tour of the technology center and listened to the opinions of several citizens about the services provided by the center, directing that all difficulties be addressed to expedite the pace of work there.
The governor was accompanied by Deputy Cairo Governor Dr. Hossam El-Din Fawzy, chiefs of north districts, and several officials of the Cairo governorate.
