Dr. Ibrahim Saber, the Governor of Cairo, conducted an inspection tour of the northern districts as part of his periodic visits to oversee the delivery of services to citizens.
During his tour, Governor Saber urged the district chiefs to prevent illegal parking and to remove iron chain barriers and concrete blocks used to reserve parking spaces, as they disrupt traffic.
Saber also ordered improvements to pavement efficiency, pothole repairs, enhanced lighting and tree planting, a review of street stall licenses, and to ensure vendors adhere to their designated areas.
The governor was accompanied by Deputy Cairo Governor Dr. Hossam El-Din Fawzy and several executives from the Cairo Governorate.
