Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber met with several members of the Annual Digital Transformation Units Competition Committee from the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) at the Cairo governorate headquarters. This meeting was an essential part of the committee's series of field visits, aimed at enhancing government excellence and developing successful models that can be replicated at the governorate level.

 During the meeting, Governor Saber reaffirmed his commitment to all facets of collaboration with the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) of the Cabinet. He emphasized the importance of enhancing and developing joint training activities between the two parties to achieve integration in digital transformation initiatives and to strengthen essential partnerships that support cooperation in the field of information technology.

Moreover, the IDSC delegation reviewed the measures taken by the Cairo Governorate in the field of digital transformation to evaluate its development experience in this area. That was within the framework of the annual competition for digital transformation units, which is implemented at the governorate level throughout Egypt.

Furthermore, the delegation commended the significant role played by the Central Department for Information Systems and Digital Transformation in Cairo Governorate in localizing systems and transferring technology. They emphasized the importance of leveraging the programs and applications utilized in business management within Cairo Governorate as a successful model for other governorates to emulate in their digital transformation efforts.

The meeting was attended by Yahia Al-Adgham, the Secretary-General; Dr. Asmaa Nour El-Din, Deputy Head of the IDSC and Supervisor of the Data Resources Sector; Hesham Mohammad, Director of the Data Resources Sector; Mustafa Mounir, Executive Director of Data Resources; Abdel Naser Abdel Wahad, Head of the Central Department for Information Systems and Digital Transformation; Ragaei Emara, General Manager of the Statistics, Reports, and Digital Publishing Department; Gomaa Abdel Alim, Director of the Field Monitoring Department; Hussein Shoaib, Director of Technical Support in the Governorates; Amin Abdel Qader, Director of the Digital Transformation Project; and several officials from Cairo Governorate.
