Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber inspected
the Ring Road in the Mokattam and Basatin districts to follow up on the ongoing
development work.
Deputy Cairo
Governor Ashraf Mansour; Chairman of the Holding Company for Water and
Wastewater Eng. Mustafa El-Shemi; and Chairman of Cairo’s Cleaning,
Beautification, and Lighting General Authority, Waleed Abu El-Nasr, accompanied
the governor, along with several officials from the Cairo governorate.
During his tour,
Saber emphasized the importance of developing a plan for planting trees,
enhancing landscaping along the ring road, and providing water sources for
irrigating and maintaining these plants. He also inspected the pedestrian
tunnel connecting the Zahraa area to Mokattam, urging improvements to the
tunnel’s efficiency, as it serves the school complex to facilitate student
access.
