Cairo Gov. attends seminar on reviving trail of Holy Family

Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber attended the seminar organized by the Rotary Club of
Nasr City on reviving the path of the Holy Family and promoting it as a tourist
attraction worldwide.
The seminar was
attended by the President of the Rotary Club of Nasr City, Abdel Fattah Farhat,
Governor of Rotary District 2451, Dr. Sherif Adib, Secretary of the Holy Synod
of the Coptic Orthodox Church Bishop Daniel, along with several former
governors, parliamentarians, artists, and authors.
During the seminar,
Saber asserted that the revival of the path of the Holy Family is one of the
national projects. He added that the state has exerted significant effort to
transform into a religious and tourist attraction that draws visitors from all
over the world, especially since Egypt is unique in having this path.
Moreover, Saber said
the governorate is willing to collaborate with civil society to promote the
Holy Family Path. He also emphasized the significance of civil society's role
and engagement, even by introducing simple ideas that result in change in the
capital’s streets.
Saber added that the
governorate has a vision for developing Cairo, revitalizing archaeological sites,
and transforming the capital into an open museum.
