Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber participated in the event organized by the Homat Watan party as part of the "Warm Winter" initiative to distribute 10,000 pieces of winter clothing and blankets to the children at Abu Reesh Hospital in Sayyeda Zeinab in the presence of Tarek Nasir, the Secretary-General of the Homat Watan party and the First Deputy of the Defense and National Security Committee in the Senate.
The event was also attended by Deputy Cairo Governor Ashraf Mansour, Dean of the Qasr Al-Ainy Faculty of Medicine Dr. Hossam Salah, Director of Abu Reesh Children's Hospital Dr. Rasha Gamal, and several officials of the Cairo Governorate.
During the event, Saber stated that this initiative aims to support the most disadvantaged families throughout Egypt, in accordance with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives to address citizens' needs and alleviate their burdens.
Saber also emphasized that the political leadership places great importance on supporting families and enhancing their quality of life, particularly for those most in need. This effort aims to expand the base of social solidarity and reach the largest number of beneficiaries in collaboration with relevant authorities.
Moreover, Saber praised the efforts of political parties in collaborating with executive bodies to implement development plans. He added that these initiatives represent a successful model of partnership between executive bodies and civil society organizations and political parties to enhance the quality of life for citizens.
