The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the opening of direct online applications for supplementary admission to technological universities, allowing students to benefit from available seats at a number of technological universities in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
Applications will be submitted online starting today, Monday, September 28, 2026, for five days until Friday, October 2, 2026, through the direct online admissions website for technological universities.
The direct online admissions process aims to complete government coordination procedures and provide additional opportunities to enroll in technological universities for students who were not admitted through the government coordination stages, subject to available seats and admission rules. Applications are open to students holding the following qualifications:
General Secondary Certificate, Science and Mathematics streams.
Three- and five-year Industrial Technical Diplomas.
Three- and five-year Tourism and Hotels Diplomas.
Three- and five-year Commercial Diplomas.
Three- and five-year Agricultural Diplomas.
Students from Applied Technology Schools.
Students from Co-op Schools with special programs.
The opening of applications follows a decision by the Supreme Council for Technological Education issued in September 2026 to allow supplementary admission to technological universities based on available seats.
The Ministry emphasized that applications must be submitted online through the designated website. Students are advised to review the admission requirements, rules, available programs, and vacant seats before submitting their preferences.
