The Ministry of Youth and Sports, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Egyptian Sports Federation for Intellectual Disabilities, has announced the opening of applications for auditions to participate in the sixth edition of the “Qaderoon Bekhtelaf” celebration. The initiative aims to discover outstanding talents among people with disabilities across various artistic fields and provide them with the opportunity to showcase their abilities and talents.
The auditions will take place over two days, Thursday and Friday, October 22 and 23, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Civil Education Center in Gezira. A committee of specialists in the celebration’s various fields will evaluate applicants and select the participating talents.
The auditions will cover the following fields:
Day One – Thursday, October 22, 2026: Singing, presenting and public speaking, and musical instrument performance on the ney, guitar, and violin.
Day Two – Friday, October 23, 2026: Performing arts and poetry recitation.
The Ministry requires applicants to be no older than 20 years. Those wishing to participate must send their details, including their name, age, talent, type of disability, and governorate, via WhatsApp to 01286240600, no later than Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
Important Notices for Applicants:
- Individuals who participated in any of the previous five editions of the “Qaderoon Bekhtelaf” celebration are kindly requested not to apply for the auditions. This is intended to give new talents the opportunity to participate in the sixth edition and showcase their abilities. If the evaluation committee wishes to involve any outstanding individuals who participated in previous editions, they will be contacted directly at a later date, as deemed appropriate in the public interest.
- All applicants must attend only on the day designated for the field in which they registered.
Audition Venue: Civil Education Center in Gezira, El-Borg Street, Zamalek, Cairo.
These auditions are part of the cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and its partners to support and empower people with disabilities, discover their talents in artistic and creative fields, and provide them with the opportunity to participate actively in the sixth edition of the “Qaderoon Bekhtelaf” celebration.
