Experts at the Egyptian Meteorological Authority expect autumn weather across the country today, Thursday, with mild to warm conditions during the daytime in northern Egypt, extending to Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt. Hot weather is expected in southern Upper Egypt, while temperatures will be cool at night and in the early morning.
The Authority forecasts light to moderate rainfall in parts of the northern coastal governorates and northern Lower Egypt. Rainfall may occasionally become heavier in some areas, with a probability of approximately 30% to 40%, at intermittent intervals. There is also a chance of light to moderate rainfall, which may occasionally be accompanied by thunderstorms, with a probability of around 30% in parts of Halayeb and Shalateen, at intermittent intervals.
Experts expect temperatures in Cairo to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 20°C.
