The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced that applications opened for citizens to reserve 25,000 housing units available under two systems: rental and rental purchase.
The units offered through the New Urban Communities Authority include 10,000 housing units — about 5,000 already completed and another 5,000 planned for construction — under the rental purchase system.
In addition, 15,000 housing units are being offered through the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, as part of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians 9.”
