The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced that the new academic year 2026/2027 will begin on September 12, 2026, for students in public schools, official language schools, distinguished public language schools, private schools, and private language schools.
Meanwhile, classes in international schools will start on September 6, 2026, in accordance with the academic calendar announced by the Ministry for the new school year.
