The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that applications for the 3rd phase of minimizing student relocations for students from all stages of secondary school are still open. Additionally, the ministry also receives applications for students of STEM schools and Egyptian Nile International Schools of Science and Technology for admission to public universities and institutes in the academic year 2026/2027, in accordance with the rules and regulations governing transfers.
Moreover, the Admissions Coordination Office allows students to submit online transfer requests through the official website of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Important Notice
The Ministry said that students who had already applied for transfer reduction and were not approved should understand that the requested college no longer has available places for transfer according to the set rules and quotas. Therefore, students are advised not to resubmit the same request but instead to select other available options when registering for transfer reduction.
The Ministry urges students to adhere to the announced rules and regulations, ensure accuracy when entering preferences, and rely solely on information issued by the Admissions Coordination Office for registration in public universities and institutes.
