Labor Minister Hassan Raddad announced yesterday, Tuesday, the availability of 100 new job opportunities for seasonal agricultural workers in Spain’s agricultural sector. The initiative is being coordinated by the Central Administration for Employment and the Central Administration for International Relations, in response to requests from the Spanish side and the interest of agricultural sector organizations in recruiting qualified Egyptian workers. This comes as part of ongoing efforts to open international labor markets to Egyptian talent, provide decent job opportunities for young Egyptians abroad, and safeguard their rights.
The Ministry stated in a press release that the available positions are for 100 agricultural workers aged 18 or older. The announcement also noted that proficiency in a foreign language is not a basic requirement for acceptance, giving a larger number of workers interested in employment abroad the opportunity to benefit from this opportunity.
The Ministry announced a package of financial and in-kind benefits for successful applicants. A minimum monthly wage of €1,200 will apply, while the employer will provide suitable accommodation for the workers and cover all round-trip airfare costs.
The Ministry confirmed that applications are open online for only three days, starting Tuesday, October 6, 2026, through Thursday, October 8, 2026. Applicants can register their information and upload their CVs through the Ministry’s official website.
