Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber conducted an inspection tour of the Sayyeda Aisha neighborhood to follow up on the progress of ongoing development projects and evaluate on-site execution. The projects aim to enhance the area’s urban appearance and elevate the standard of citizen services.
During the tour, Governor Saber reviewed ongoing revitalization works in the neighborhood, particularly surrounding areas of the Mosbah and Ghori mosques.
Saber also instructed that the projects be completed swiftly according to the set timelines while adhering to the highest quality standards and preserving the area’s historical and cultural character.
Saber also said that developing Al-Sayyeda Aisha is part of the state's commitment to restoring Cairo's historic areas and maintaining important heritage sites, which will enhance Cairo's status as a historic capital and a cultural transformation befitting its stature.
Saber further underscored the necessity of cleanliness, removing encroachments, improving the lighting system, increasing landscaping, and ensuring integration among the various revitalization works being carried out so that the area appears in a dignified and civilized way.
