EMA predicts extreme daytime heat, High of 37°C

The meteorologists of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority predict that extremely hot and humid weather will prevail during the daytime across most areas, with hot and humid conditions along the northern coasts. At night, the weather will be warm and humid over most areas.

Morning fog is expected on some roads leading to and from northern regions up to Greater Cairo, the Canal cities, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt, which may occasionally be dense.

Meteorologists also predicted a slight chance of light rain over parts of the northern coastal governorates and Lower Egypt, possibly extending intermittently to Greater Cairo and the Canal cities.
Winds are expected to be occasionally strong in the northern coastal areas, Greater Cairo, the Delta, South Sinai, the Red Sea governorate, and northern Upper Egypt.

In the Mediterranean Sea, conditions will range from moderate to rough, with wave heights between 1.5 and 2.5 meters and winds blowing from the northwest to the northeast. The Red Sea will experience moderate conditions, with wave heights between 1.5 and 2 meters and northwesterly winds.

Meteorologists predict that Cairo will see highs of 37°C and lows of 26°C.
