​President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, attended on Wednesday, November 26,2025, the eligibility and agility tests for students applying to join the Military Academy in the New Administrative Capital. According to Presidential Spokesman Mohamed El-Shennawy, President El-Sisi was briefed on the degrees students obtained while performing all test phases until reaching the test of physical appearance, which he initiated by emphasizing the need to adhere to the principles of impartiality and transparency in the selection process. He also stressed the importance of following state-of-the-art scientific standards to ensure equal opportunities for all applicants.

President El-Sisi also underscored the Academy’s role in shaping the national character and qualifying youth for national development. During an interactive dialogue with students, President El-Sisi discussed key national issues, including the economy, foreign reserves, debt management, job creation, as well as the state's ambitious plan for digitization and integrating AI into education and government institutions, the spokesman noted.

The State has an ambitious plan for integrating AI, mechanization, and digitization technologies in education and curricula, to improve education in alignment with the requirements of domestic as well as international labor markets, the President said.
