Prime
Minister Mustafa Madbouli headed to Davos, Switzerland, to participate, on
behalf of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, in the activities of the World
Economic Forum “Davos 2025."
The proceedings of
the forum are held this year under the theme “’Collaboration for the
Intelligent Age” during the period from January 20 to 24, with the
participation of heads of state and government, decision-makers,
representatives of international organizations, senior officials and executives
of international companies, a number of business leaders, innovators,
technology pioneers, and representatives of emerging companies.
The Egyptian premier
is also scheduled to take part in a number of important events figuring high on
the forum’s agenda, in addition to holding meetings on the sidelines of the
gathering with a number of Arab and international government officials to
discuss current challenges, along with ways to enhance joint action.
The prime minister
will also meet with heads and representatives of international companies of
vital sectors to review cooperation opportunities, with a view to luring
investments.
