Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber inaugurated the “Cairo Fifth Bazaar… Ahlan bel Eid” exhibition in the 10th district of the Nasr City neighborhood. The exhibition, organized by the governorate, will take place from June 2 to June 4. Governor Saber emphasized that the exhibition aligns with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to alleviate the burdens on citizens and to promote "Ahlan bel Eid" ahead of Eid al-Adha. This initiative aims to ensure the availability of essential commodities that citizens need in one location and at affordable prices for all community groups.
Furthermore, Saber said there is a strict monitoring of prices at the Ahlan Bel Eid exhibitions to ensure that citizens are not exploited. He also stated that legal measures would be taken against any attempts to increase prices or monopolize goods.
Saber added that the governorate is continuing to establish and promote outlets throughout Cairo. He noted that the bazaar features over 100 exhibitors showcasing products from the Ministries of Supply and Agriculture, the National Service Authority, and productive families. These products include a variety of family necessities, such as meat, food commodities, Eid clothing, high-quality detergents, and shoes, all available at competitive prices. Additionally, the bazaar hosts a significant number of artisans who specialize in handmade products.
