​Dr. Ibrahim Saber, the Governor of Cairo, attended a celebration organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments to commemorate the anniversary of the 10th of Ramadan victory in the presence of Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, the Minister of Endowments. The celebration was held after the Taraweeh prayers at the Moshir Mosque.

The celebration was attended by Dr. Mohammad Al-Duweiny, Deputy of Al-Azhar Ash-Sharif; Mahmoud El-Sherif, Head of the Ashraf Syndicate; Sheikh Abdel Hady El-Qasabi, Sheikh of the Sufi Orders; and several officials from the Egyptian Armed Forces and Police, along with members of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

During the celebration, Saber extended his congratulations to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the courageous members of the armed forces, and the Egyptian people on the anniversary of the victory of the 10th of Ramadan, 1393 AH (October 6, 1973 AD). He emphasized that the 10th of Ramadan will remain a timeless icon of patriotism, heroism, and the sacrifices made by our brave armed forces officers in defense of the nation.

Moreover, Saber said that this immortal national anniversary, recorded in history, serves as a source of pride and honor for the sacrifices and heroism of the courageous members of our armed forces, the guardians of our cherished homeland.

Saber also affirmed his pride in gathering to celebrate the anniversary of the 10th of Ramadan, which coincides with the commemoration of Martyr's Day. He added that these occasions converge to express the highest values of sacrifice, redemption, construction, and hope, embodied throughout history by the righteous martyrs of Egypt, who wrote with their pure blood luminous pages in the history of the beloved homeland.
