Egypt’s
Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli underlined the importance of taking necessary
measures against any dereliction of duty by any official in addressing
complaints filed by citizens.
This came during the
premier’s meeting with members of the unified government complaints mechanism.
The prime minister
said there must be a time frame for addressing and responding to the
complaints.

complaints mechanism became one of the most important means of communication
with citizens, underlining the importance of following up complaints and
resolving the raised problems.
He added that the
mechanism could also address complaints by citizens on social media or through
radio or TV even if the complaint was not filed with the mechanism.

the mechanism members for their efforts to help people and solve their
problems.
The prime minister
said he is following up the mechanism and is receiving weekly and monthly
